1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide international shipping to:

GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

International: Europe and North America.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer competitive and straightforward shipping rates:

Standard International Shipping: A flat rate of $20.00 USD for all orders.

Free Express Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders of $150.00 USD or more.

3. Delivery Times

Order Processing: All orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days for GCC countries.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is handed over to our shipping partners (DHL / Aramex).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Morocco. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Important Delivery Notes

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate to prevent any delays.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts (no response), the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
